About The Company
What started as curiosity has quickly become a passion: crafting chocolate from bean to bar. Though I’m new to the craft, I’m dedicated to learning, growing, and bringing you fine quality chocolate made with care and intention.
I source my cacao beans through John Nanci of Chocolate Alchemy — a true master of the bean-to-bar movement. His knowledge and dedication inspire me daily, and I’m proud to work with beans that are Direct Trade, Fair for Life, Fair Trade Certified, and often organic.
For me, chocolate making is more than just a process — it’s a journey. Each batch teaches me something new, and every bar is a chance to share that joy and discovery with my community here in Flower Mound and the greater DFW area.

About Me
Outside of chocolate, I’m a trombone player with Old Town Brass in Lewisville, TX (Instagram). I also love going to the movies, playing video games, and spending time on the golf course.
I’m a proud graduate of UNT, and for the past seven years I’ve called the DFW area home. The Flower Mound–Lewisville community has become a place I truly love, and I’m excited to bring my handmade, small-batch, bean-to-bar chocolate right to you.
